Wisdom Teeth

So I had the wonderful opportunity to get my wisdom teeth out last Thursday morning! It hadn't been to bad and I want to say thank you to my family for taking such good care of me and the boys while I have been so out if it! Hopefully it's all up hill from here and that I will feel better in no time!!!

And here is the birth story. Monday afternoon Kris, Mike and I decided to go to the Bodies Exhibit at the Museum since it was the last day and while we were there i started having contractions which were pretty regular but they were not that bad i just figured that it was the contractions i have been having for months! Well when we got home Josh was there and we decided to take it easy for awhile. We ended up going to his dads house that night to see them and while we were there i sat on the tramp while josh jumped i didn't think it would do anything we went home and later that night i decided to time my contractions while we watched the season finale of Secret Life of the American Teenager!!! They were 8 min apart but at the end of the show they had stopped so we decided to just go to bed well Josh fell asleep but i couldn't cause they started again and they had intensified. I went out and slept on the floor of the living room where it was colder i got a lil bit of sleep but was woke up around 6am with horrible contractions and noticed that i had lost my mucus plug. I walked upstairs and asked Kris what she thought and she told me to go into labor and delivery to be checked so we decided that Kris would drive me there on her way to work at the hospital anyways while Josh stayed at home with Hunter since we were not sure if i would be staying there to have him or not. Well i got there around 7am and they hooked me up and checked me and i was only at a 2 and effaced to 50% they said they would watch me and that Dr. Isbell said if I don't progress any to send me home. Well they checked on me and H=hour later and nothing had happened except for painful contractions that were kind of sporadic. They said he wants us to send you home so i asked for some pain medicine to help me sleep and they decided to keep me for a few more hours since i was in so much pain they checked me again at 11am and i was still at a 2 but i was effaced to 75% so the doc said to keep me and start me on pit. so at noon i was admitted and started on pit. My contractions got worse so they gave me some state all and then dr. Isbell came and broke my water and i was at a 3 so they gave me my epidural which was a total lifesaver. Everything else went pretty smoothly and i started pushing at 6:17pm and after a very long 9 min (haha) of pushing Parker Nathan Hyde was born at 6:26pm. We got to see him for a little and while i was feeding him for the first time he started going blue so they took him away and took him to the NICU where he ended up having to stay overnight which was not fun at all. Parker ended up having fluid in his lungs and so his stats would drop down. around 1am i went in there to hold him for a bit and while i was holding him his oxygen levels went up and stayed up all night long and the rest of the time. Parker has been such a blessing to our lil family and we could not be any happier!!!

34 Weeks only 6 More to Go!!!

First Day of Nursery!!!

So Yesterday I decided that it was time to take Hunter to church and to nursery for the first time!!! And might i say he did so good!!! I am so proud of my lil man, he made a 4th of July hat, sang songs, played with all the other kids and got a mini flag to bring home for today!!! And i might add that i really enjoyed Sunday School and Relief Society as well!!! I cant wait till we can start to go on a regular basis probably after we get back from Idaho after Parker is born!!!

20 Weeks Pregnant!!! And just for you Emily!!!!

So I finally did another belly pic and here I am 20 weeks pregnant halfway thru my pregnancy!!! I cant believe I only have 20 weeks left to go!!! Anyways dont have much time so I will report back soon when I have more time!!!

6 Weeks!

I know this is starting out way early but I want to make sure I document this pregnancy very good, since I didnt do the best job with that when I was pregnant with Hunter. So here is the very first belly picture ha ha not really a belly yet!!!

Make Way for Baby #2

Yep that is right we are PREGNANT! I am so excited that I am bursting at the seams even tho it just does not seem real to me yet. So Josh and I decided to start trying in November of 2010 and our wish came true. I have been really anxious and on christmas I decided to take a test cause that was the earliest it would have come up positive, but it did not I was so disappointed but I figured it would take a little longer than a month. So we left for Idaho the next day and stayed there till after New Years. We came back home to Rock Springs, and I called the dentist in IF to make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth out, note they have to put me under cause I am such a chicken. Well I set the appointment and the next day I realized that I still had not got my monthly visitor which I should have a week earlier so I decided to take another test. As I anxiously awaited the results I just kept thinking to myself that there were no signs or symptoms like I had with Hunter. When I finally looked at it, the test came up negitive. I was super sad so I looked at it agin and the little pink line that I had wanted so bad just appeared. I was so nervous that the test was wrong I went and bought 2 more tests at walmart. I came home and took the tests and they came up positve. I could not be happier. The picture below is how I told Josh I had Hunter take it into him and he opened it up and just said "I Knew It". We are both extremly happy and can not wait for our new addition. I am also so excited to see Hunter as a big brother, he will be the best big brother ever. I do not go to the doctor till Feb 16 but I am thinking that I am 6 weeks along, which means I should be due around September 4, 2011. I cant wait to share my pregnancy story with everyone!
